Annual Benefit Dinner a Success!

On Monday, November 2nd we held our Annual Benefit Dinner. This year’s event honored New York Life who has been a long-time partner and supporter of Good Shepherd providing funding to our afterschool programs and hundreds of volunteers to our programs over the last eight years. The evening was hosted by Mariama Wann, a 5th grade participant in our Creston Academy afterschool program and Anthony Rowe, the director of our afterschool program at Excelsior Charter School. The dinner was a tremendous success raising over $860,000 to support our work with youth and families. We are grateful to everyone who came and supported the event and are particularly thankful to New York Life for their commitment to our young people!
