Next STEPS (Striving Towards Engagement and Peaceful Solutions) is a transformative mentoring intervention that offers youth, ages 16 to 24, one-on-one and group mentoring within a cognitive behavioral therapy-based curriculum designed to help young adults make the attitudinal and behavioral changes necessary to avoid criminal activity and reengage with their education, work and community.
