Jennifer Broadbent

Jennifer Broadbent is originally from Cleveland, Ohio.  She received her undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Columbia Business School. Jennifer is a Senior Manager in EY consulting group where she primarily works with financial services organizations.  Jennifer has been volunteering with Good Shepherd Services since 2007 and is excited to take on a new role with Springboard.
 

Misan Ikomi

Misan O. Ikomi is a media executive passionate about creating innovative solutions for content distribution and development in entertainment and sports.  As Vice President, Distribution in the Affiliate Sales Group at AMC Networks, she assisted in negotiating and managing cable network distribution/transactional film distribution agreements and affiliate marketing for the company’s networks as well as IFC Films. In addition, she helped manage the company’s relationships with channel distributors like cable, telephone, satellite and technology companies. Prior to joining AMC Networks, Misan practiced for six years as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions.

Misan received her law degree from Columbia Law School and an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
 

Nathalie Calderon

Nathalie Calderon is a senior strategy analyst at Accenture, working in the strategy and consulting practice with an interest in the software and platforms industry. She is originally from Miami and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with concentrations in finance and marketing. In her free time, Nathalie enjoys running, kickboxing, baking and exploring both in and out of the city. She is excited to be a part of the SpringBoard and get more involved in the GSS communities.

 

Tannisha Troutman

Tannisha Troutman has over 16 years of experience providing service to financial institutions and nonprofit organizations.  Her current focus is on large, multinational, public life and annuity insurance organizations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ms. Troutman served as the Controller and Vice President of Operations for Junior Achievement of New Jersey.  She also currently serves on the steering committee of the Harlem YMCA’s Black Achievers in Industry (bai). A graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, she is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Black Accountants. Ms. Troutman resides in New Jersey with her husband, three sons and parents.
 

Tommy Wu

Tommy is an analyst on the real estate investment team within Credit & Real Estate Funds at Fortress Investment Group. Growing up in Vancouver, BC, Tommy received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Finance, Real Estate, and Business Analytics. Tommy currently lives in Manhattan and enjoys spending his free time working out, boxing, reading, and exploring the city.

 

Tyler Pierce

Tyler has lived in New York (Manhattan) for the past three years and works in the financial services industry (BNP Paribas). He is originally from Chicago and attended the University of Chicago where he played football. He is a diehard Yankees fan and enjoys going on runs and exploring the city.
