Ishaq Pitt

Ishaq Pitt is a senior at Deloitte focusing primarily on Private Equity, Real Estate and Emerging Growth Companies. He is the Co-founder on NextGen Marketplace, a group created to foster a culture of marketplace awareness at an early stage for professionals. Ishaq received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, while a captain on their Division 1 basketball team. Ishaq was born in Toronto, Canada and grew up in Brooklyn and New Jersey. In his free time, Ishaq enjoys working out, reading, hanging out with friends/family and volunteering. Ishaq is thrilled to support Deloitte through his involvement in SpringBoard.

 

Jennifer Broadbent

Jennifer Broadbent is originally from Cleveland, Ohio.  She received her undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Columbia Business School. Jennifer is a Senior Manager in EY consulting group where she primarily works with financial services organizations.  Jennifer has been volunteering with Good Shepherd Services since 2007 and is excited to take on a new role with Springboard.

 

Keshia Smartt

Keshia Smartt is a native New Yorker who is inspired to give back to the communities that helped shape her. She is the eldest daughter of Guyanese immigrants who grew up in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Matriculating through the New York City public school system and growing up in a low-income household, her personal experiences have driven her to become an advocate for social causes and programs that support low-income communities. In addition to supporting charitable causes spearheaded by Good Shepherd Services, she has been an avid supporter of organizations such as iMentor, SuitUp, and StreetWise Partners working in volunteering, fundraising, and mentoring capacities. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Economics at Howard University located in Washington, DC and later obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business at Baruch College. A wall street veteran, she has worked at a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Goldman Sachs, The Bank of New York Mellon, and Citibank N.A.. Keshia is currently a Vice President of Data Governance at Citibank N.A..

 

Misan Ikomi

Misan O. Ikomi is a media executive passionate about creating innovative solutions for content distribution and development in entertainment and sports.  As Vice President, Distribution in the Affiliate Sales Group at AMC Networks, she assisted in negotiating and managing cable network distribution/transactional film distribution agreements and affiliate marketing for the company’s networks as well as IFC Films. In addition, she helped manage the company’s relationships with channel distributors like cable, telephone, satellite and technology companies. Prior to joining AMC Networks, Misan practiced for six years as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions.

Misan received her law degree from Columbia Law School and an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

 

Mitchell Johnston

Mitch Johnston is a law clerk for the federal judiciary, where he is responsible for assisting the court with its work deciding cases. Before law school, he was a management consultant at McKinsey and Company where he focused on healthcare topics with a focus on R&D and mergers and acquisitions. Mitch received his law degree from Yale Law School and a B.S.E. from Princeton University in Operations Research.

 

Nathalie Calderon

Nathalie Calderon is a senior strategy analyst at Accenture, working in the strategy and consulting practice with an interest in the software and platforms industry. She is originally from Miami and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with concentrations in finance and marketing. In her free time, Nathalie enjoys running, kickboxing, baking and exploring both in and out of the city. She is excited to be a part of the SpringBoard and get more involved in the GSS communities.

 

Tannisha Troutman

Tannisha Troutman has over 16 years of experience providing service to financial institutions and nonprofit organizations.  Her current focus is on large, multinational, public life and annuity insurance organizations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ms. Troutman served as the Controller and Vice President of Operations for Junior Achievement of New Jersey.  She also currently serves on the steering committee of the Harlem YMCA’s Black Achievers in Industry (bai). A graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, she is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Black Accountants. Ms. Troutman resides in New Jersey with her husband, three sons and parents.

 

Tommy Wu

Tommy is an analyst on the real estate investment team within Credit & Real Estate Funds at Fortress Investment Group. Growing up in Vancouver, BC, Tommy received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Finance, Real Estate, and Business Analytics. Tommy currently lives in Manhattan and enjoys spending his free time working out, boxing, reading, and exploring the city.

 

 

Tyler Pierce

Tyler has lived in New York (Manhattan) for the past three years and works in the financial services industry (BNP Paribas). He is originally from Chicago and attended the University of Chicago where he played football. He is a diehard Yankees fan and enjoys going on runs and exploring the city.

 

 

Rachel Park

Rachel is a Revenue Operations Manager at B12, a SaaS startup based in New York. Prior to that, she worked at M.M.LaFleur, a women-led e-commerce company. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was involved with various youth mentoring and education related initiatives.
