Post-360 Executive Coaching


GSS Leaders — Welcome to the Development Phase of your 360 journey. After you complete the 360 Debrief with your Certified Facilitator, you’ll begin the longer-term development work with a separate Executive Coach. Now is the time to schedule those executive coaching sessions!

What to Know:

  • Coaching Period: Sept 9 – Dec 13.
  • Four 1-hour sessions — 1 every 2 weeks.
  • Coach availability: first-come, first-served; calendars close when coach reaches capacity.
  • No switching coaches. No exceptions.

How to Book:

  • Read the coach bios below and choose your coach.
  • Select your coach preferences by Sept 1.
  • A scheduling link will be emailed to you by Sept 3, so you can book your four sessions.
  • Note: The date of your first Executive Coaching session must be after you debrief your 360 report with your Certified Facilitator.
  • You will receive Zoom links (or dial-in info) and next steps from your coach.

Alicia’s Bio

Alicia Lueras Maldonado is a multidisciplinary artist, coach, creative consultant and facilitator. She is Native New Mexican, born and raised in the community of Atrisco. Alicia is the President and CEO of Atlixco Productions, LLC., which serves progressive nonprofits, individuals and businesses to achieve positive community engagement, social change, and cross-sector relationships that build toward the greater good. Alicia works to lift up the voices of disenfranchised communities, and in particular, the stories of women of color. Her background in the arts, politics, community organizing and social justice gives her a unique perspective, which she brings to her consulting, coaching, facilitation, writing and art.

Dara’s Bio

Dara Silverman is a white queer Jewish consultant, somatic coach and trainer with over 20 years in with organizations and movements for social, racial, economic and gender justice. She partners with trainers of color to lead organizational change and leadership development initiatives centering racial justice, equity and liberation. Dara partners with white trainers to lead caucuses and trainings specifically for white organizers and leaders on dismantling white supremacy in ourselves, organizations and movements. Previously, she was the founding Director of Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) and the Executive Director of Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ) in New York City. Dara has been studying Somatics with the Strozzi Institute and Generative Somatics since 2011. She became a Somatic Coach in 2013 and has been teaching with the Strozzi Institute since 2017.

Elena Feliz is an Organization Development (OD) Consultant and Certified Coach.
