GOAL-E (Goal Employment) is a career readiness program with a soccer spin serving young adults ages 17-24. This sports-based program prepares youth to become career-ready by developing interview skills, career planning, financial literacy, and life skills. In addition to soccer drills, GOAL-E participants attend workshops focusing on teamwork, conflict resolution, and commitment.
GOAL-E, sibling program to REBOUND, is made possible through our partnership with Barclay’s Bank.
