For Communities

A strong, connected community can offer the safety, mentorship, and pride that bolsters young people along their path to long-term success. But in many of the neighborhoods we serve, the challenges that often accompany poverty—including high unemployment, low-wage jobs, substance abuse, and incarceration—stand in the way of this potential.

To help young people access opportunities and support from their community, we offer programs in partnership with local businesses, non profit organizations, and networks of neighbors to help young people connect to mentorship and job opportunities, navigate and graduate from the youth justice system, and develop leadership by giving back to their community.
