Summer Rising

Summer Rising is New York City’s free school-based summer program for children in grades K–8. 

Step 1

Click here to apply for your preferred Good Shepherd Summer Rising/Summer Camp Site via DYCD.

Step 2

Families can complete the Good Shepherd Consent forms electronically. 

Step 3

Complete the required COVID Testing Consent Form for Summer Rising. Download below or complete here.

Step 4

Complete Medical Form by a Physician (or provide a completed medical from within the last year) here. 

Step 5

Send forms to After School/Summer Rising Programs.
