Who We Are
Amanda Walter is originally from Annandale, New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting with a double major in Economics. Amanda is a Certified Public Accountant working at Credit Suisse in the New York City Electronic Trading Office. Amanda is passionate about travelling to new places, staying active, volunteering, and dogs.
Arianna De Felice is a Community Manager for the American Cancer Society (the Society), managing a $3M portfolio for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC) event of Central Park. The MSABC event of Central Park is the Society’s largest event in terms of both dollars raised & number of participants. Arianna is charged with income development and community relations for the Manhattan market in order to increase funding for research, patient programs and prevention. Prior to managing fundraising for the Society, Arianna also served as the Specialist of State and Local Campaigns for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network in Washington, D.C. She managed a portfolio of cancer prevention issues on which she provided policy and campaign guidance to staff and external partners nationwide.
Casey Horan is originally from South Windsor, Connecticut. Casey majored in Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2015. During her time at Notre Dame, she studied International Business at the University College Dublin in Ireland. She works at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the New York City Audit Practice. Throughout her time working at Deloitte, she has served Financial Services clients in the Banking and Securities Industry. She enjoys swimming, volunteering & traveling around the world.
Cathy Chen is a Manager of Marketing Strategy at Hudson’s Bay Company. Prior to joining HBC, she worked in investment banking at Centerview Partners. Cathy received a BA in Economics and Public Policy from Dartmouth College. She grew up in Indiana and is a fan of the Indianapolis Colts. In her free time, Cathy enjoys playing the piano, cooking, traveling and volunteering as a tutor.
Dayanara Perez is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in the Washington Heights area of New York City, a community where everyone is your family – from your next door neighbor to the grocery store owner around the block. As a 1st generation American, in what used to be one of the toughest neighborhoods in the city, she quickly learned to value the importance of positive role models and being resourceful. She has been involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for the past 7 years, which has been a truly rewarding experience. As a part of Burberry, she have been given the opportunity to continue to interact with a wide age range of youth that may need help and positivity, even for just a moment. Dayanara is a foodie with a huge sweet tooth who loves watching movies, traveling, and the New York Giants!
Hollylane Riley is an associate at PJT Partners in the Strategic Advisory Group. Prior to PJT, she worked as a Product Specialist for Goldman Sachs, and as an Associate for the World Bank Group. Originally from North Carolina, Hollylane graduated from Sweet Briar College in 2006 with a BA in Economics and International Affairs and then from the Wharton School of Business in 2015 with an MBA. While a lover of all things New York, Hollylane prefers the great outdoors and is always planning the next great escape from city life.
Jaclyn Wilson is originally from Hillsborough, New Jersey. She graduated from New York University in 2014 with a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Studies. Jaclyn is a Project Manager at Accel Solutions LLC, a government contracting firm. Prior to joining Accel, she was a marketing analyst at Hudson’s Bay Company. Jaclyn is passionate about giving back to the city she now calls home, reading, and traveling.
James Pickel grew up in Queens, New York. He is currently a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Colony NorthStar, Inc. Prior to starting at Colony, James was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. James received his BA from St. John’s University in 2010 and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2013. James is also a mentor in the iMentor Program – NYC and a member of the junior board for Catholic Charities for the Archdiocese of New York.
Jeff Szot grew up in Branchburg, NJ and is currently an Analyst on the Prime Services Clearing desk at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he also is an active member of the Goldman Sachs Veterans Network and is a mentor in Goldman’s LaunchPAD mentorship program. Prior to starting at Goldman, Jeff earned Finance and Accounting degrees from Villanova University, graduating in 2014. Jeff has previously served on the strategic planning committee for the Cancer Support Community of Central New Jersey. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid golfer, enjoys to travel, and loves Villanova Basketball and the Dallas Cowboys.
Kate Horton is a Vice President at Barclays. Based in New York, Ms Horton is part of the US Senior Relationship Management team, responsible for developing and maintaining connectivity with C-Suite decision makers of Barclays’ most important clients. Kate is also Co-Chair of the junior women’s network at Barclays, and co-founder of the women’s group mentoring program ‘LEAD’. Ms. Horton joined Barclays in 2013, after working with the Oklahoma County Public Defender on Death Penalty cases in Oklahoma City. Prior to that, she studied Law in her hometown of Manchester, England, and subsequently trained as a Barrister at the Inn of Court School of Law in Central London.
Lauren Coyle is a Project Manager at Citi with experience in event planning and real estate and hails from Yonkers, New York. Having volunteered many times for organizations across NYC, Lauren is beyond excited to put her talents towards a good cause. As a member of SpringBoard she hopes to bring a unique vision to fundraising while working for the cause of helping youth and families live to their full potential. Lauren is a life-long dancer and has a secret talent for calligraphy.
Lauren Ramsey is a social responsibility professional who understands and strongly believes in the power of community engagement and volunteerism. She is currently the Volunteerism Manager at United Way of NYC, where her primary role is to create corporate volunteer opportunities that support partner CBO’s. She has experience in program management in both the CSR and CBO space, and her specialties include community engagement, volunteer management, and relationship building.
Meghan Greene has worked in fundraising and development since graduating from Boston University in 2007, and is currently the Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at The New School, securing and managing grants in support of various academic programs and innovative projects. Previously, Meghan worked at The Whitney Museum of American Art and spent more than five years working on the grants team at Good Shepherd Services.
Vince Silveira is originally from San Francisco, California. He is a Certified Public Accountant working at Deloitte & Touche serving investment management clients in the New York City Financial Services Audit Practice. Outside of the SpringBoard, Vince volunteers his time with the Posse Foundation. Vince graduated from Cabrini University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with a double major in Finance. In his free time, Vince is an avid fan of Bay Area sports teams, loves live music, and enjoys the outdoors.
Whitney Ash grew up in the city of Chicago. She currently lives in Manhattan and works as a Senior Consultant on the Strategy Consulting & Research team at FTI Consulting. Prior to that, she worked at Edelman Berland as a Market Research and Communications Consultant. Whitney Ash attended the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Health and Societies and minored in Political Science and Sociology. When Whitney is not at work, you can find her eating at one of NYC’s new restaurants, volunteering or exercising or going to a concert.
